EduMojo is a school management platform built and operated by Webmagiks, Pune, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and through the EduMojo app.

Information we collect on this website

When you book a demo or ask us to call you back, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, institution name, city, number of students and any message you write.

We use these details only to contact you about EduMojo. We do not sell them or share them with anyone for marketing.

School data in the EduMojo app

Schools, colleges and institutes that use EduMojo own the data they store in it, including student, parent, staff, attendance, academic and fee records. We process this data only to provide the service to that institution.

Access inside the app is based on roles, so teachers, office staff, parents and management see only what they need. Data is sent over encrypted connections and backed up regularly.

An institution can ask us to export or delete its data at any time.

Payments

Fee payments made through EduMojo payment links are handled by our payment partners. EduMojo does not store card or bank account details.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the details you gave us through this website by emailing contact@edu-mojo.com. Parents and staff should contact their institution for changes to records held in the app.
